Terms of use
Using RxIsle
These terms govern use of the RxIsle public website and controlled beta platform. Last updated September 8, 2026.
Controlled beta
RxIsle is currently a controlled beta. Features may change, be limited, or remain unavailable until required operational, security, professional, and jurisdictional conditions are satisfied. Beta access does not itself authorize live patient care.
Authorized use
You must provide accurate information, use your own account, protect your credentials, and access only organizations, locations, records, and actions for which you are authorized. Organization administrators are responsible for assigning and removing workforce access appropriately.
Professional responsibility
RxIsle supports healthcare workflows but does not replace professional judgment, licensing requirements, original-document duties, emergency services, or obligations imposed by law and professional regulators. Healthcare organizations and professionals remain responsible for determining whether and how the service may be used in their jurisdiction.
Prohibited activity
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, share accounts, introduce harmful code, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful content, or use beta features for live clinical work unless RxIsle has expressly activated that use for your organization.
Availability and third-party services
The platform depends on third-party identity, hosting, communications, and operational services. We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability during the beta.
Suspension and changes
RxIsle may restrict or suspend access to protect patients, organizations, the platform, or other users; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law; or address expired or invalid authority. We may update these terms and will publish the current version here.
