Privacy notice
Privacy at RxIsle
This notice explains how RxIsle handles information submitted through its public website, organization application, and controlled beta platform. Last updated September 8, 2026.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact information, organization and facility details, professional credentials, application records, support communications, security and audit events, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Authorized clinical users may enter patient and prescription information only where the relevant feature has been formally activated.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate users, review organizations and professionals, provision authorized workspaces, provide and secure the service, maintain attributable records, deliver requested transactional messages, respond to support requests, and meet contractual or legal obligations.
Email and consent
Application applicants and invited team members receive messages triggered by their own application, account, or organization administrator. These include receipts, status changes, activation notices, security messages, and invitations. RxIsle does not purchase recipient lists or send unsolicited marketing through its transactional email service.
Service providers and disclosure
We use carefully selected infrastructure, identity, communications, and operational service providers to run RxIsle. Information is disclosed only as needed to provide or protect the service, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request. Access inside participating organizations is limited by role and location.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes above, contractual commitments, dispute resolution, security, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. RxIsle uses access controls, encryption, audit evidence, and tenant separation, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and questions
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable retention obligations. Contact support@rxisle.com. Do not send clinical records or identity documents through ordinary email.
Changes
We may update this notice as the platform, participating jurisdictions, and legal requirements develop. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
